“We were meeting family in the area and chose cozy creekside, and we are very happy with that decision. The cottage is very well appointed, perfect for a single or couple. The location is great for the attractions, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods. Good Shower, Jacuzzi tub ( did not use tub) Comfortable bed, Fireplace (too warm to use) Roku TV (note to owner I think adding an antenna would be nice for local news and weather) Outdoors had seating, table, grill. “Loved our stay here in CO Springs- the location is unbeatable, the VRBO is the perfect size for a few days with a friend/partner. Note the cooling is a window AC unit, but we had no problems at all during May, when the days and nights are cooler anyways. We’d definitely come back and stay with Victoria again the next time we’re in CO Springs! Thanks for having us!”

“Very tranquil and peaceful location with a beautiful view of pikes peak! Super close to pikes peak highway and I checked out the winery that is close by too. Definitely recommend staying here! Check-in was easy. The owners were very nice and even helped me clear the snow off my car before I left. Thank you!!”

“This was our first time in Cañon City and we very much enjoyed our stay. The host was kind and left snacks which was much appreciated after a long drive. The location was super close to downtown and also had a pretty view.I was worried that being in a neighborhood we would have had a noise issue but there wasn’t. It was quiet and peaceful.The water pressure in the shower was fantastic! The hot tub was relaxing.We very much enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to whomever is traveling……

The neighborhood was quiet and had a secluded feel with lots of pines throughout. It was all just perfect for a multi-day adventure in Colorado Springs. If we are back in the Springs, we'd definitely stay with Steve and Ann again. ”
