There is an excellent living space upstairs and downstairs, which makes this perfect if you need a place for your kids or teenagers to hang out separately from the adults. Bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen was excellent. Double oven came in handy. Nice outdoor space in the back. The only thing I would want to make guests aware of in terms of a limitation is that the bunkbeds have a fairly low weight limit so that room could sleep 6……

“This was hands down the best stocked VRBO i've ever stayed at. From the choice of soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms to the extensive amount cookware in the kitchen. Made me feel guilty eating every meal at restaurants while we were there. It's located in what I consider the south side of CS but only 5 minutes from the freeway entrance so very easy to access all of the Springs from. By the way - we went and saw the Garden of the Gods based on literature we flipped through while watching TV……
