“Great house with tons of character. The location is perfect as its near town, the cog train, and Garden of the Gods.Pack light, the front steps are a challenge and the door lock, while explained needs attention, but all in all a great property. ”

“We had a great stay. Cool, old, beautiful place with more than plenty of room to spread out. Very clean with comfy beds. Easy parking in the back. Perfect location for exploring Manitou Springs on foot. Lots of stairs (inside and outside) - I stayed on the 3rd floor and got some serious exercise. Warning to the tall people - watch your head on the stairs, through doorways, and around the front parlor chandelier - people were a bit shorter in the late 1800s when they built the place. “Great price and location! The property is almost next door to garden of the gods and has a river running directly behind the cabins. Very cozy and cute updated cabin with a fully stocked kitchen for making your own meals. Pet friendly with plenty of space for potty walks, also, the very reasonable one time $30 pet fee covers all animals for the whole length of your stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We just had one minor communication error because of a late email and ended up having……

“We had the very cute cabin 4. Perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the Comfy bed. The cabin was minimal but everything you need. The property is beautiful and has lovely seating areas to relax. It’s 5 minutes from Garden of the Gods and there’s plenty of places to eat and shop near by. Highly recommend this quaint place for an economic place to stay. ”

“We celebrated our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. It was the most amazing place and perfect location. 20 of us on one house and never felt like we were on top of each other. All we can talk about how wonderful of a place we stayed at. Plenty of space, things to do for each age group, could sleep even when kids yellinh, laughing, and having fun. Easy access to all the wonderful places and activities CO has to offer and see. We all gave it a top 10 place.”
