“We stayed in a suite since we were going to be in CO Springs for a week. When we arrived, there was dried eggs on the door. There was no light bulb in the lamp in the living room area. The kitchen counter was dirty. The carpets need a good cleaning. Items were found from the last visitor (washcloth on lamp shade, toothbrush on top of bathroom medicine cabinet, partial grooming kit under the bed). We also had trouble getting clean towels and had to ask the desk staff to get us some. The sheets……

“Overall: I would stay again. Walkable to a lot of stores and food. Cleanliness: Was mostly clean. There was an obviously human stain on the sofa, so I did not sit on it. The floor needs to be mopped more frequently as my socks turned dark quickly. I ended up hand washing the floor with a washcloth the 1st day. Breakfast: The same everyday - waffles, eggs, potatoes, and sausage. There were also various breads and spreads, yogurt, eggs. Nothing unusual. It tasted fine. Colorado Springs is……

“The staff was excellent! They were very welcoming, helpful and courteous. Kyla was very sweet and always answered any questions that I had. The breakfast was delicious eventhough i was limited because I'm vegan, I still found a few things to enjoy. The room was everything I expected. I just wish there was a broom in there so that i could clean up little messes. My dad was a hotelier in Texas for many years, and he always told us that hospitality was key. “Very nice hotel, nice service, and the room is clean. I was arrived at 12:30, I really apprecate they can accept my early check in. A convenience store near by the hotel, around 10 mins on foot. Nice airport shutle service, call them while arrived, waiting less than 10 mins.”
