“Amazing staff but very disappointing in the club level. The floor was not secure and anyone could go in. The “ club” itself needs a total renovation and as a guest who normally only stays in club level it needs lots of work, incredibly underwhelming, and disappointed. There was little to no food for the afternoon expected m&m, min Reese and other gross candy/chips/a granola bar and whole apples and peanut butter. The drinks were fair… in the morning we received a voucher , for breakfast at there……

“This is one of the most unique and incredible places to stay in Colorado Springs. If you need lodging in the area, you must stay here at least once. It is a 700-acre property with a fascinating history. I don't think I need to go into how beautiful and scenic the place is. In addition, the service was excellent and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing to note is that you might be staying in a separate building (lodge) on the property. They have like five other……

“A quintessential 150-year-old hotel in the heart of Manitou Springs, the hotel was recently renovated and has modern amenities in its rooms. Our room, unfortunately, overlooked the back side of the hotel with a view of a hillside a few feet from our bedroom windows. We did not feel safe opening the windows at night for fresh air. The staff was outstanding and friendly; however, on the last day of our stay, the valet parked our car in the grass and smashed the side mirror into a reflector.……

“Spacious room with refrigerator, microwave, bathtub and Keurig. Great value! Easy walking to food & drink along Manitou Ave. Highly recommend Adams Cafe for dinner.”

“We were able to get in the room with good written instructions. It was me, my husband, and 2 grandchildren, ages 10 and 12. No instructions on locking the door when leaving. Had to spend a lot of time locking up to leave for an outing. When we opened the door the stench of cigarettes gave me a headache and was nauseating. I contacted the agency and the owner, neither were willing to do anything besides come and spray the apartment. The shower floor had mold on it. When the hideaway bed was out……
