“This is a very clean, very well equipped, and beautifully decorated basement walkout apartment. We stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting, just minutes from amenities, and a short drive from Pike's Peak. Twice we were rewarded with Elk walking past our patio, just steps away from us! (Unfortunately we didn't have our phones ready to take pics). The bed was quite comfortable, and the cozy living room provided comfortable seating areas, and a good selection……

“We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. I would recommend this property for active adults.”

“Had an excellent stay. Unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We were looking for a place that was close to Colorado Springs but wanted something that had a more rural feel and this unit did the trick. Although unit is located behind the owners house in a sub division, all the houses sit on a couple of acres so it feels like you are in a more remote area, especially with the mountains right behind.
