The Little Bear Cottage is the perfect place for a quick visit! Much better that a hotel! It’s clean and cozy, we even got lucky to saw a few dear napping in the backyard of the neighbors. Highly recommended!!”

“Overall great place for 2 people and the location was great as well. The hosts were great and easy to talk to if you needed to. It was clean and had a fire pit out back. The sofa is pretty uncomfortable I will say and the tv is slow but otherwise it was great. I’d say here again. ”

“The cottage was perfect for my daughter and myself. It was centrally located and in walking distance of several restaurants. Everything was clean and stocked with everything that we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this cottage if you are heading to Colorado Springs.”

“We enjoyed our stay - great house with room for all of us and well-stocked kitchen too. We cooked several meals and enjoyed walking into downtown Castle Rock. House is on a quiet residential street with easy off-street parking out front. ”

“My daughter and I travelled to Co Springs to tour UCCS. She is planning to go there in the fall. The cottage was a perfect for for us. We went to the grocery store and got a few things to make for breakfast, snacks, etc. Teresa has the kitchen so well appointed, anything you might need! The beds were comfortable, nice sheets, and everything was super clean! Everything is within 15 min of this place!! Garden of the Gods, UCCS, restaurants, Manitou Springs… we will definitely stay here again!! ”
