“This house is very close to Pike's Peak and Mannitou Incline so it was perfect for our hiking vacation. It's a sweet little house with character, lovely furnishings and a beautiful yard where we enjoyed eating breakfast. We had 4 adults in our group and it was a great size. It would be a little tight for 6 adults, and 2 would have to walk through another bedroom to get to their bedroom, but the third room would be a perfect room for children. ”

“Location was perfect. The cottage is within 15 minutes of major attractions, grocery stores, etc. 6 minute drive to Red Rock Canyon, 9 minutes to the main entrance of Garden of the Gods. The full size kitchen with all newer appliances was very convenient. The cottage was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was easy to use and maintained a comfortable temperature very well. Ample parking. We stayed for three nights and parked right in front of the cottage in the shade……
