“We only had a few days to visit due to our schedules being so busy. Our grandsons live in Colorado Springs, they’re the reason we visited. The Little Bear Cottage is the perfect place for a quick visit! Much better that a hotel! It’s clean and cozy, we even got lucky to saw a few dear napping in the backyard of the neighbors. Highly recommended!!”

“The house itself was clean and in a nice location. Had no troubles reaching the host and was given good instructions for check in/check out. I gave it a 3 star overall because the drive up/drive way is terrible. Giant holes in the gravel road that could easily cause damage to car if not careful enough. Also, the address listed on VRBO was different from the one sent to me in an email.”

“Our experience was absolutely amazing! Everything about our stay was wonderful. We had such a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back for another stay. “Enjoyed our stay here! Celebrated an early Christmas here with 2 grandkids and my son and his wife. Comfortable beds and furniture! There was a cute park across the street to play with the kids. Owner brought over an electric grill for us - so kind ! We stayed in and cooked meals together as family. The only thing missing was a hot pad to take our cookies out of the oven - but we made do :). Wonderful home and great communication with host ! Highly recommend ”

“I'm giving this property 5 stars because the pictures and descriptions were accurate. Having said that i must warn travelers that the host likes to cook with Indian spices that are very strong and aromatic that last all night. They have kids that like to run and you hear every step. Finally beware that you are in a basement apartment and you ONLY have air tv. You will have internet, but NO cable or streaming services.
