“My family and I stayed at the Centennial House for our son’s wedding in Colorado. The location was great and the home was wonderful inside. A perfect layout for family and friends together. ”

“My husband and I needed a place to stay with our little dog and a bunch of our stuff that we had piled in our car after our move from Florida to Colorado! We had a week before getting the keys to our house and this was a perfect place for us to catch our breath, work, and have the comforts of a home! We didn’t realize that the rental space was the bottom floor of the owners house…but there was no shared space and there was plenty of privacy. In fact, the host was so helpful and available that it……

“We’re so happy we stayed at this house! The house is huge and has so many different and fun little areas to hang out and enjoy each other. The floor to ceiling windows with views of the massive pine trees makes it feel like you’re in the mountains. There was a herd of deer that kept coming up to the house that we loved watching through the windows. ”

We had everything we needed to do some meals at the house and was a great jumping off spot to go do some exploring. Located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful yard and views. “Overall the home was great! Hot tub took a few days to heat up to 104 degrees and some of the games are in beat up condition but everything still worked! If you have a large group it might be helpful to pack a towel or ask hosts to stock up some extra towels. ”

“Disappointed that we had to carry our luggage and groceries up 3 floors due to no elevator. Parking was an issue due to construction that was currently happening but we never saw any workers. The owner was unwilling to accommodate us when we asked for more than 2 bath towels. Location was ok for our day trips. ”
