“The bed was not a queen size. The room was very tight with all of the furniture in an attempt to provide seating other than the bed and a dresser/TV stand. Temperature of the space was comfortable, however the room is very dark and you need to use inside lighting day and night. Two of the pillows and the comforter have feathers, would recommend the owner replace with other fillers due to allergens.”

“The property was clean and comfortable and in good condition and in a very good location for us visiting our son at University of Denver. It is important to note that it is a basement apartment and you enter in through the owners side/garage entrance. It was totally fine for us. The owner lives upstairs in the house so she is available for any needs. There is a separate entrance and the apartment is separated from the house so it is perfectly fine. Parking is on the street. It felt like a……
