“Clean and well organized apartment in the basement. Private entry was a plus and the main living area is second to none. Bathroom and bed were outstanding. Definitely going to stay here again. Close to everything in Central Park and not a bad commute to Denver. Hosts are the best!”

It is important to note that it is a basement apartment and you enter in through the owners side/garage entrance. It was totally fine for us. The owner lives upstairs in the house so she is available for any needs. There is a separate entrance and the apartment is separated from the house so it is perfectly fine. Parking is on the street.
