“Delightfully decorated condo in a great location. We were 15 minutes from everything we had planned on doing in Denver. Beds and bathrooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. Loved the gas fireplace that turns on with a flip of the switch. This was a perfect stay for us as we began our National Park trip through Colorado. ”

“The property doesn't have A/C, but; to be fair, A/C was not listed as an amenity. With that being said, the first night sleeping wasn't comfortable as the floor fan simply couldn't cool the room down. However, the following night we opened the windows and slept quite well. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood quiet. Tyler was very accommodating and communicated in a timely manner. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. ”

“We were in Brighton for a dog show, and the hotels nearby were expensive and not very convenient. We found this little VRBO place for a great price and it worked out great for us.”

“My daughter, my mom and I went stayed here for a softball tournament. Great location for the fields that we played at. The description of the property is very accurate. Lessley was very responsive if anything was needed. Plenty of street parking as well. ”

“Loved that the Farmers Market was across the street. I met a high school friend at Botanic Gardens and could easily walk. We walked to the bakery on the corner in the morning. We checked out late, because I was confused and thought we were booked for another night; the owner was great and said we could book another night, but we didn’t end up needing to. The only amenity we would have liked was a stove top or hot plate to create something warm to eat during the rainy weather. Loved all the……

“Very clean and roomy. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of comgortable pillows. Well stocked with spices dishes etc. Excellent wifi internet. No problems at all with streaming on tv. It was downstairs but i never heard any noise from upstairs. Jonathon responded to questions in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay again. Nice gas weber grill. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.”
