“There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.”

“The only issue I had with the property was the AC in the rooms. It was quite warm. The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was with the air conditioning in the rooms; despite setting the thermostat to its lowest temperature, it remained a bit too warm for my comfort. However, this small inconvenience pales in comparison to the hotel’s many wonderful qualities. The experience is truly fantastic, and having stayed there several times, I can confidently say I will continue to return again……

“Enjoyed a couple of nights while in town for a college graduation. Location was great, clean and staff was nice. Also near some fun shopping areas. ”

“Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. “Checkin took a minute as usual. Front desk staff though were great and trying their best. Room was clean, soft beds, great bathrooms. Overall grwat experience. Only con was shuttle was not on time, it comes every hour on the 25 minute mark - we were left waiting for over an hour. They share the service withn other hotels so its undeestandable but we waited for a while after a late night flight”
