“We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. I would recommend this property for active adults.”

“My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. These are nice mattresses. Just watch out for the bed frame in the first bedroom. I stubbed my shins on it more……

“It will be cheaper and you won't be creeped out by by the neighborhood. How? people yelling, trashbags piled up, looked like half the neighborhood was moving in or out, glared at like i spat on them. Maybe it's fine, maybe i'm just from the country, but my brother and i didn't feel safe leaving the rental cars there. Tried to contact the owner to shorten our stay (not to zero, though i was going to try to lowball) and the phone number doesn't even ring. Emails only get a pre-generated response.……

“My husband and I were in the Denver area for 3 weeks. We were looking for comfort and relaxation that hotels can not provide. We found it here! First, Sarah, the property owner and hostess has thought of everything. There was nothing missing from this property that she hasn’t thought of. The location, while in a quiet and secure neighborhood, was close to everything from shopping, restaurants, walking/biking paths, etc. Next, the property itself was beautiful and comfortable. “Overall this property served its purpose for us- it was clean, in a relatively safe feeling neighborhood, and was comfortable for the 4 nights we spent here! Our only complaint is how close the carriagehouse is to the main house and neighboring houses, which isn’t really shown in pictures. Otherwise my husband, dog, and I enjoyed our stay here and will likely keep this place in mind for future visits! ”
