“The property is spacious comfortable and clean. We were visiting for our son’s graduation from CU Boulder. Easy drive to campus - inexpensive uber ride if needed. We enjoyed morning walks on the beautiful trails in the neighborhood and morning coffee on the patio. Dan made sure to leave all the extras coffee and snacks would def stay again”

“The apartment is set in a safe, clean, suburban location, overlooking The Rocky Mountains. The overall exterior and interior was clean, bright and up to date with well designed kitchen and bathroom. Pull out couch and bed were comfortable. Deck with table and chairs with impressive views of the mountains with access to hard top trails. I feel Dan made every effort plus to provide guest with a comfortable stay. ”

“Place was just as described. Everything I needed was available to me. Lots of plugs and USB ports all throughout the place in the bedrooms and living room and kitchen. All the kitchen utensils and appliances I could possibly need, plenty of streaming services on the TV and even found creamer in the refrigerator when I made coffee which was nice. Very spacious. Bed was big and comfortable. Easy to get in and out through the garage using the entry code. You can hear people and dogs above you……

“I'm giving this property 5 stars because the pictures and descriptions were accurate. Having said that i must warn travelers that the host likes to cook with Indian spices that are very strong and aromatic that last all night. They have kids that like to run and you hear every step.
