And if you walk across, you will find the many wonderful local restaurants, shops, and bookstores - the heart of Lafayette. This is a new, upstairs garage apartment, one room with a separate huge lovely bathroom with a washer and dryer. Everything we needed to visit our kids nearby was there.”

“The property is spacious comfortable and clean. We were visiting for our son’s graduation from CU Boulder. Easy drive to campus - inexpensive uber ride if needed. We enjoyed morning walks on the beautiful trails in the neighborhood and morning coffee on the patio. Dan made sure to leave all the extras coffee and snacks would def stay again”

“The apartment is set in a safe, clean, suburban location, overlooking The Rocky Mountains. The overall exterior and interior was clean, bright and up to date with well designed kitchen and bathroom.
