“This was a great house. There was a lot of space. The location was perfect for what I needed. The Owner was easily available. The house had everything I needed and more. The bed I slept in was comfortable. I will use this place in the future.”

“So, we were in the area for our daughters graduation from CSU. Homes of comparable size and amenities in FC were 3 to 4 times the price. The easy 25-30 minute drive from Mead to FC was well worth it. Great property. Hosts are super attentive. Home is very well stocked with everything you need or might need. “We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from CSU in FoCo. The price was absolutely amazing for an entire house. It was about a 40 min drive for us to CSU each day, but so nice to return to the house with very comfortable beds and a very quiet neighborhood. The added touch of fresh irises from the yard was very nice. Communication with the owner was excellent. “We stayed here on a trip to Colorado on the days we hiked in Rocky Mountain National Park. Longmont is a short drive from the house (groceries, gym) and the town of Lyons truly has everything you need for a short stay. Host was professional and responsive. Wonderful spot for a getaway! ”

“My husband and I stayed for six nights (1/25-1/30.) The Banyan Inn was very comfortable. Very clean. Nicely decorated. The availability of the garage was a plus given snow/cold weather. The nearby Loveland Sculpture Garden is a treasure. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Hope to come and stay again. Kathy M.”

“We traveled from Kentuxky for a graduation at UC Boulder. Home was perfect for our stay. Morning walks around the neighborhood were safe and view was beautiful.”

“Great house. As advertised. Quiet culdesac next to walking trail. Had plenty of extra parking space in the culdesac. ”

“We loved everything about our stay. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. The only thing that was an issue was we had no where to put our clothes and such once we arrived. There were no closets available nor any drawers to put clothes in. They are all full of I assume, the owners clothes. We felt a little awkward, so we just lived out of our suitcases. Other than their personal items being there, which again, was just awkward for us, it was great.Jeanine”

“This house was in a great location for our family. We stayed during the coldest 3 day weekend with temps around below 10 degrees in the morning. I communicated with the host concerns for warmth and was assured that the heater in the house worked very well - which it did! This house is across from a sledding hill which was great for the kids and was just minutes drive from places to eat, yoga studio, and downtown. Walking distance to a few parks. “Absolutely loved my stay here!!! Bathroom is fabulous, and the room set up is cozy— I was extremely comfortable and it was nice to know people were around! "Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these issues, and the gentleman at the front desk took my mobile number, assuring me that the manager would contact me within two days. However, two weeks have passed, and I have not been contacted. Overall, it was not a good experience, but it might be only associated with that room."
