“I'm giving this property 5 stars because the pictures and descriptions were accurate. Having said that i must warn travelers that the host likes to cook with Indian spices that are very strong and aromatic that last all night. They have kids that like to run and you hear every step. Finally beware that you are in a basement apartment and you ONLY have air tv. You will have internet, but NO cable or streaming services. “I booked this property last-minute for a quick stay from Denver and found it exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and situated in a stunning historic Boulder neighborhood. Though I only stayed for one night instead of two, the location alone makes it a great choice. Communication with the host was limited, but I didn’t require much interaction. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in one of the best areas in Boulder!”

“This home is beautiful and spacious with a large kitchen with many amenities and even good knives that was great for cooking for the group. There is plenty of space for a large family and ample and comfortable furniture and beds. The basement is large and ping pong and foosball tables were a hit. Huge screen for movies. “The location was exactly what we needed. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The kitchen was large enough for 4 adults to have breakfast together.The only improvement I could recommend is adding a railing to the back porch steps. One member of our group is very unsteady on their feet and a railing would have been useful.”

“Stayed 5 nights for a wedding. 30 minute drive to Trenton at the venue. Not bad at all. The space was very relaxing and had great vibes. The host was super cool and we were able to use the kitchen to cook some of our meals. The space has a nice sitting area and large TV for relaxing at the end of a day. Great place way better than a hotel or just getting a room to sleep in. Would stay again here if back in the area. Very happy with our choice. Great people. Excellent experience ”
