“This house is a perfect 10. A group of friends (5 couples) came to Boulder for a football game and had a blast. The house is super spacious and has a wonderful layout for a large group. The kitchen is stocked better than our home kitchens. Amazing outdoor space too with a garden. We used some basil for a caprese salad. Jeff was very communicative and responsive. We all would highly recommend this house.”

“Well taken care of property with plenty of room to spread out. We liked that it was close to the public transit so we could take the train to the places we wanted to go. Also, the hot tub and the fire pit area were great spaces to be able to unwind and relax.Our host reached out before we were there after we checked in and before we left to make sure everything went smoothly”

“All of my family (from several different states) came to Loveland to spend a week together. Several of us stayed in this townhome and were completely satisfied with everything. The location by the park was great for one of our evenings. The home was beautiful, very comfortable, quiet and very clean. Communication was fantastic. It was a perfect gathering place for us!!”

“The home is very cozy and feels very homey! The host is very responsive and very thoughtful in making you feel at home. Definitely would stay again! One thing that could be considered in the future is having tv’s in the room. Other than that it’s a 10. ”

The owner was very easy to work with and responsive to my unusual situation with the rental. This was our second time renting the property with a different group of friends who were also very impressed with the property. I would rent it again. ”
