“This property was conveniently located between the wedding venue location we were in town for and the airport. The inside was cute and tidy and the owner was very responsive. The outside of the property needs some attention; we drove past twice, unconvinced it was the right place because it looked so unkempt. ”

If you are a light sleeper take the upstairs room as the house is creaky but it’s part of the charm. Felt like insta-hot water. Easy check out protocol. Two blocks from downtown Golden and Mines. “I'm giving this property 5 stars because the pictures and descriptions were accurate. Having said that i must warn travelers that the host likes to cook with Indian spices that are very strong and aromatic that last all night. They have kids that like to run and you hear every step. Finally beware that you are in a basement apartment and you ONLY have air tv. You will have internet, but NO cable or streaming services. We were looking forward to relaxing and watching march madness, but with the……
