“We had a great stay in this older home. Super walkable to to restaurants and coffee shops. It was great to have the travel crib and highchair for our baby (tho it should be noted the house is not at all baby-proofed so be on the alert) We enjoyed the backyard every day, and the little games provided. Kitchen cabinets were rather dishelved but have everything you would need- lots of choices of cookware for meals and baking. Great coffee maker and electric water kettle, super nice……

“Very spacious house. Pleanting of things to do even if you wanna just stay in the house. The yard is plenty large for games. Definitely a great place for a large group. Location is excellent every where you wanna go is with in 20 minutes. ”

“Well located property, quiet neighborhood, expansive back yard with front and back porches elevated above street level. Nicely decorated, easy to adapt to. We were able to park 2 cars off street in driveway. No washer and dryer available and limited Television reception. All concerned we had a very positive experience.”

“Really clean and nice spot in a up and coming area. We were there to watch some baseball and it was an easy walk to Coors Field. Everything in the unit was clean and worked perfectly. The property manager was very easy to deal with. Also some great restaurants right in the neighborhood. ”

“Beautiful property. Spotless!! Quirky and stuffed with “stuff”. Two minute walk to S Pearl where there are great places to eat and drink. Very funky cool neighborhood. 2-5 minute walk to lite rail. So easy to get down town and the airport. Agent super helpful. ”

The neighborhood seems safe enough - no issues or concerns with parking one car. Convenient and close enough to major roadways, but not too close. Plenty of food options nearby. Would absolutely stay again!”

We had all we needed, were very comfortable there. Two parks and a lake close to the place for morning or evening walks. Good communication with host. Would definitely recommend.”
