“The host is extremely attentive. Always a quick and thorough response. The check in was easy. The house was immaculate. Safety fire detectors in place. The bedrooms bedding was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were extremely clean. Washer and dryer was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware and a coffee maker of both kinds. Great wifi and access to all the network stations as well. Extremely happy with this rental. My only concern was the town of Commerce City… Thumbs……

“We received no response from the host—not the day before check-in, nor the day of. The phone number listed went straight to voicemail. I contacted Vrbo support and did receive a full refund, but it took several days for the credit to show up.Because of the last-minute cancellation, I was forced to book a hotel on the spot at double the price just to stay in the area. Vrbo promised reimbursement for the extra hotel costs we incurred, but I have yet to hear back.Honestly, this was a horrible and……

“We had access to a garage, but no way to open the door until we exited the vehicle in the front of the house, used front door keypad, walked through house to back door to open door while other person drove around to back of house and waited. This would have easily been solved by leaving a garage door opener for use. Missing a lot of basic essential items… no toaster, baking sheets for oven, oven mitts, cooking essentials like salt/sugar, extra sheets for beds. The master only had fitted sheet……

“Home was very clean, well decorated and welcoming. The location was great for getting to downtown Golden and freeways, but traffic noise somewhat spoiled relaxing on the front deck. We did enjoy the lovely kitchen and all the great windows. One bed was soft and the other firm, so we had choices.”

“Stayed for a week with family. The host was responsive and the place was clean. A few minor things. Apparently the neighbors are a big problem so we were constantly worried that there would be an issue. This put us on edge the whole week. This was especially true since we couldn’t park in the garage (It’s too small for a full size SUV.) So as we were coming and going we felt uncomfortable that something we did would cause them to complain. The AC isn’t great upstairs so we were very warm at……
