Short walk from Union Station, across the street from Whole Foods, and easy walk to end of 16 Street Shuttle. “All in all, it was a good stay. The location is incredibly convenient but the downside is that you're literally right by the freeway. They kindly provide earplugs on the nightstand plus there's the AC/heater fan to act as white noise. The place was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen has minimalist set up which is great for making breakfast or doing up an easy quick meal in the evening if you don't feel up to going out. My only issue was the chef's knife was SUPER dull……

“Other than the soft keypad on the front door, we had a great stay. But the keypad really caused us some frustration—it just didn’t work. Finally another guest helped me access the virtual key from my phone and things got better! I spoke multiple times to agents via the app and text—but they didn’t know how to solve the access issue. The app appears to be useless. Location for this property is great. A couple of blocks to walk to the airport and Union Station train. Lots of fun places to eat……
