“Julia is awesome! Her house is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay! Our boys, 7 and 2, enjoyed the front and back yard spaces. We loved that both areas were fenced in. Both spaces are well manicured and the grass is so soft. Really great spaces to enjoy coffee or a meal any time of the day. There is also a driveway to park a vehicle which is always nice. Overall a wonderful place with a fantastic host! ”

“Very nice location central to the places in the area that you want to see. Within walking distance (2 blocks) of downtown Old Town Longmont which has a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The house was old but well maintained and the backyard offered a peaceful place to sit and drink your coffee in the mornings.Overall would stay again if we return to that area.”

Just something to note — it’s a basement unit, and you can occasionally hear some noise from upstairs, especially in the evenings, but it didn’t impact my overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it!”
