“This place was perfect for us with easy location,access to coffee maker, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. It was quiet and clean. “The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay. “The property is spacious comfortable and clean. We were visiting for our son’s graduation from CU Boulder. Easy drive to campus - inexpensive uber ride if needed.
