“First a couple comments about the house. 1) consider fans in the bedrooms. They are all upstairs and get hot in a July summer heat wave. 2) don't stick things to the wall with sticky blue stuff it never stays and we were always picking it up. 3) when houses are built 10 feet apart you need to have window covering on all the windows. The family that lives next door are nice but when I had a chance meeting with them in the driveway the said it was a hobby to sit on the 2nd floor and watch renters……
