“ The inside of the apartment was dirty and full of dog hair. They had no way of recycling, the beds were itchy and full of dog hair. The sofa bed was nasty with dirt and dog hair. Having people above us was loud and pretty lame. Tons of earwigs and bugs. ”

“It was a comfortable place to stay, with only one complaint. Apparently we got an updated room with a large new TV, however the TV was not connected to satellite so unusable. The wifi in the room was great, liked that we did not have to reconnect each day. Nice kitchen area and plenty of desk space. Friendly desk agents. Pet friendly. ”

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……
