Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these issues, and the gentleman at the front desk took my mobile number, assuring me that the manager would contact me within two days. However, two weeks have passed, and I have not been contacted. Overall, it was not a good experience, but it might be only associated with that room."
