And, they tried to accuse my service dog of disturbing other guests, the manager refused to investigate to discover that it was dogs from another room, not my service dog. The on-site staff member, Tammy, was phenomenal and verified that my dog did not bark and was very accommodating, very professional and very helpful. ”
