“There are not enough handicap parking spots. And, they tried to accuse my service dog of disturbing other guests, the manager refused to investigate to discover that it was dogs from another room, not my service dog. The on-site staff member, Tammy, was phenomenal and verified that my dog did not bark and was very accommodating, very professional and very helpful. ”
“We've stayed twice within the year and we absolutely love it more every time. The city of Boulder is so incredible, the staff is always so friendly and caring of their guests. Right at the mouth of the canyon, so scenic and peaceful. 10/10 ”
“I am very happy that I booked this accommodation. I really enjoyed the nature around the lodging and the room was lovely. It was nice to have a small kitchen in the room. The staff were very helpful and responsive. I was staying in a building with several units. In the future I would stay in an upstairs unit or a stand alone cottage. There was someone above me who walked very heavy on their feet. Saving grace was that we were on the same schedule. I would definitely stay at this place again,”
