“Just incredible place, people: location, quality, daily free breakfast, great laundry, EXPENSiVE, but WORTH it!!!!”

“For a new hotel several things didn’t work. It took 3 different rooms to find one with a working tv. The toilet was a bit wonky. The whole place was a bit dirty. Breakfast was underwhelming. The staff was helpful, pool was nice and lemon water was a nice touch. ”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “Everything was excellent except the parking situation. We were in room 18 and our spot was in an awkward corner. If someone parked in the spot behind us (the $10/night parking), it was a struggle to get out. Thankfully we had rented a small car so it wasn't a big issue and we could finagle our way out. With that being said, that definitely won't stop us from returning to this hotel in the future. ”

“The hotel was beautiful and I loved the ecological consideration they put into everything. The food and service was excellent. The only thing that bothered me was the room was very small. I did not have space to open my bag all the way unless on the bed and had few places to unpack. It would work for a single person but was tight for a couple.”
