“The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and warm. Every staff person even though I did not get everyone's name, made our stay exceptional. A beautiful young lady (Sarah) at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile EVERYTIME we saw her. She answered our many questions and told us about all the events in the hotel. “Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone.
