“In a world of key cards and basic service, The Oxford was an extremely wonderful step back in time, to when guests were welcomed and trusted. We got a key, yes a key, to our room and each time we left the hotel was another opportunity to be welcomed at the front desk to drop it off and collect it. This allowed a connection with the staff.
