“In a world of key cards and basic service, The Oxford was an extremely wonderful step back in time, to when guests were welcomed and trusted. We got a key, yes a key, to our room and each time we left the hotel was another opportunity to be welcomed at the front desk to drop it off and collect it. This allowed a connection with the staff. She was very helpful and immediately responded by transferring us to another room and even brought us the new room keys since it was late in the evening. Great customer service! ”

“Had an awesome stay at the Renaissance Denver. The staff was amazing and super professional (all dressed sharp, which you don’t see much anymore). Rooms were big, quiet, and spotless thanks to great housekeeping. Loved the lounge downstairs. I’d avoid walking east of the property, but if you head south, Station 26 Brewery is a gem. The only letdown was the buffet breakfast – I’d skip it and eat elsewhere. Other than that, it was a great experience and I’d definitely stay again. ”
