“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". “I thought the hotel was bright and upbeat, catering to all ages. I am 68 but there were many families and their kids attending sports matches in the area. I had a queen bed which was fine.
