“Our stay was great. The hotel is newer and was in great condition, the bed was comfy and had great pillows. The only downside was the environmental luggts in the bathroom, you couldn't do anything in the bathroom without the lights turning off on you. We tried everything to get it to stop and even talked to the front desk. The lights would turn off every 10 seconds. ”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

“Overall, a nice place to stay. I did find that in my first-floor room the window was unlocked and I couldn't get it to lock. The front desk was very understanding and able to move me to another room on an upper floor with little fuss - which I appreciated!”

“Manager was super helpful during a quick turnaround stay so we could get to the airport. Shuttle service to the aiport is awesome -- you're at your airline drop off in 15 mins, signing up for the shuttle takes less than 30 seconds at the front desk, and the driver is a super sweet gentleman. Online check in ahead of time made checking in at the front desk a breeze. Room was clean and ready to go, housekeeping left a cute note too. There's not an uptight, bougie feel to the hotel, but the staff……
