“I loved my stay here. It was my birthday weekend and they had a birthday goodie bag waiting in my room when we arrived! The room was perfect for my husband & I. Breakfast was delicious in the morning. Onsite parking & conveniently located near a lot of food places & shopping. We will probably choose this place in the near future. We visit often and this has been one of the best stays near Denver! ”

“Seems like a nice place, but want to charge for everything additionally especially to get breakfast or bottles of water that are typically free for members at other hotels. Said two waters were free and they were in the room, but they weren’t free in the room and I didn’t get two free at check in, which they said I did. Runaround over $3 waters. Bed is ok, pillows not at all. Water temp fluctuates drastically depending on how many people were using it I’m assuming. Pool was pretty much closed……

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……

“Nice place to access to Boulder mountain park with 20 min and Estes park with 1hr, Room is clean and bed is comfortable Drink in breakfast is diverse for selection”

“The one thing I didn’t like was the indoor pool was very cold and you couldn’t stay in it for very long”

“We stayed over four nights. Perfectly fine not having daily housekeeping but by Day 3, trash was overflowing, out of coffee, out of toilet paper, etc. Even minimal housekeeping would have been welcome. Had to go to the front desk for everything.”
