“This was such a beautiful hotel and the complementary breakfast (Free) was chef's kiss. The rooms and amenities were so beautiful and spaciou”

“For a new hotel several things didn’t work. It took 3 different rooms to find one with a working tv. The toilet was a bit wonky. The whole place was a bit dirty. Breakfast was underwhelming. The staff was helpful, pool was nice and lemon water was a nice touch. ”

“The staff at this property was amazing, from check-in to check-out and all the questions in between the staff was never too busy to help and provide suggestions. The room was fantastic as well super spacious and well-appointed with furnishing and bathroom amenities. Just a very nice place to stay.”

“The hotel was quiet and clean but the cement on the sidewalks and walkways need to be repaired and they could use a better variety of their hot breakfast. ”

Coffee in the lobby full time is terrific. . Cookies in the lobby in the afternoon a great idea! . We liked the gym, pool and jacuzzi, a very nice, clean area. . Nice, easy parking, but and EV charger(s) is needed. ”

“The pool was dirty with lots of scum on the walls and floating debris the worst was the little turds at the floor of the pool. The whole thing needs to be drained and power washed. GROSS!!”

“Customer service was great, rooms are basic but clean and fine, older hotel that’s been remodeled, as it is in South Boulder it’s a bit out of the way to restaurants, etc. but easy access to CU. Fine for short visit. ”
