“We were singing the Big City Money suck blues.. everything except the single bananas very pricey!”

“The only issue I had with the property was the AC in the rooms. It was quite warm. The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was with the air conditioning in the rooms; despite setting the thermostat to its lowest temperature, it remained a bit too warm for my comfort. However, this small inconvenience pales in comparison to the hotel’s many wonderful qualities. The experience is truly fantastic, and having stayed there several times, I can confidently say I will continue to return again……

“Very nice clean room, breakfast was very good. I left our cell phone chargers in the room when we checked out. I called later that afternoon and the desk person said they would contact housekeeping. I was able to retrieve the chargers the next morning, a very BIG Thank You !!!”

“My first visit to Denver was truly beautiful, and my stay at the Hyatt Regency at Colorado Convention Center was, overall, very satisfying. From check-in to the hotel’s convenient and safe location, everything met my expectations, and I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends and colleagues. However, on the day of my checkout, I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks café located inside the hotel. I ordered an iced latte before heading to the airport, but was given a hot one……

“The room was comfortable and had an interesting view of the street, there was a small issue with the heating/AC unit making a lot of racket, but that was quickly fixed by the maintenance staff. Only real complaint was that the tiles and grout on the bathroom floor desperately needed repair, with multiple loose tiles and chunks of grout sticking to our feet and shifting under us as we walked in the bathroom.”
