“It’s good for me”

“Drapes were hung over AC unit. Air movement cause them to move and let in outside lights during night. ”

“While there was a lot of confusion at check in because there was over booking by the hotel the rep at the desk was very helpful and solved the issue”

“I was there for a conference. the location to the convention center is really close and many restaurants and pharmacy and Target nearby. ”

“I'd rate our stay as good, considering we primarily used the hotel as a hub for showering and sleeping during our trip. The facilities seem a bit outdated, almost as if it were a small local hotel acquired by Best Western. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The daily breakfast offered several options, but they were the same every day. The rooms are old but had all the essentials we needed, except for a microwave oven. Everything else was fine.”

“There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.”

“員工非常友善熱情，房間是木板不是地毯而且很乾淨，暖氣穩定不會忽冷忽熱。床也很乾淨，看得出來很用心在整理。唯一缺點就是我住了三天有一天早上沒熱水，還有淋浴的水量很小。在這氣溫零下的時候無法好好洗個熱水澡是很可惜的。”

“The hotel was beautiful and I loved the ecological consideration they put into everything. The food and service was excellent. The only thing that bothered me was the room was very small. I did not have space to open my bag all the way unless on the bed and had few places to unpack. It would work for a single person but was tight for a couple.”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……
