“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight.
2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!!
3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled.
4. Next to the Peña station,……
“Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!”
“I love it there! Went there last year when we went to the red rocks for a concert! They are very clean, comfortable and I feel safe there! Easy access to just about anywhere! The beds are SO comfortable! There’s nowhere else I would book a room. PERIOD‼️ I had to leave early because of a family emergency and they credited me back with no problem so whatsoever they were totally accommodating and I just can’t give any better reviews. They are five star all the way!”
“Das Hotel ist wirklich in Ordnung. Der Pool ist angenehm und das Hot top ist wirklich auch in Ordnung. Das Frühstück könnte besser sein. Es ist keine Waffelmaschine da. Ebenso haben wir kein Toast feststellen können.
Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig, und ich glaube es ist ein fester Betonboden. So konnte man die Schritte ober und unter einem nicht hören. Alle mit allem kann ich dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen. ”
