“The staff was very friendly! The hotel room was beautiful! I was visiting my son and his fiance. We had a fabulous time!”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “Oskar is amazing! I had a horrible experience at the baymont in thornton colorado so I came to stay here. I have had wonderful service, a quite clean room. They let me bring my cat Willard which is very important to me, but most of all Ive had a very ruff ffew months and I was greeted with kindness and compassion which ment the world to me. Thanks for going above and beyond !”

“Had an awesome stay at the Renaissance Denver. The staff was amazing and super professional (all dressed sharp, which you don’t see much anymore). Rooms were big, quiet, and spotless thanks to great housekeeping. Loved the lounge downstairs. I’d avoid walking east of the property, but if you head south, Station 26 Brewery is a gem. The only letdown was the buffet breakfast – I’d skip it and eat elsewhere. Other than that, it was a great experience and I’d definitely stay again. ”
