“I had a very nice stay ! The hotel is clean and very comfortable. However, the staff is not the most friendly and didn't bring up my attention on calling taxi cost. The cost is 5 times more expensive than usual and I only know when the taxi driver charged me.”

“Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars……

“Very cute hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the morning breakfast was nice to have. Good overall rating. Location wise was nice to be out of the main bustle of the city and it was walking distance to the Time Out Market and area was safe and nice to walk around in. We did visit the art musuem across the street and the park adjacent to the museum. A nice place to stay during our trip to Lisbon. ”

“Excellent location and cleanliness. Much better if staff has more compassionate at work. Suggest the staff at counter preparing omelette can make sunny eggs also, instead saying no but asking them to get them on plates but actually none instead, and collect city tax upon checking-in rather than checking out to expedite the process. ”

“We came during the major power outage across Spain and Portugal. The staff were very friendly and assisted us as much as possible regardless of the current conditions. We stayed in the grand suite and it was very nice and spacious, my only qualm with the room itself was that for a suite it was situated in the ground floor of the building and had giant panoramic windows in the main area. This meant that every single guest that passed by the room while the windows were open would peer in and stare……

“Don’t stay here. The room is extremely small with NO fridge. And we stayed here for 7 days. They said they’ll change the sheet on the third day, guess what, they didn’t although I specifically told the receptionist. The stain on the comforter is always there until I put the changing card under the stain and they changed it the last night before we left lol. And the bed sheet and pillow case are still unchanged with our hairs on. Shame. Breakfast is a joke, every morning is the same. EXACTLY……
