“Overall the property and location were good. However, the villa would benefit from some "routine maintenance" which would have given it 5 stars from us. When we arrived, the dishwasher didn't work. We reported it and 3 days later, they took the old one away and left us with nothing for the rest of our stay. When we used the sink to hand wash the dishes, it leaked dirty water all over the kitchen floor due to poor plumbing. One of the air conditioning units needed maintenance as it sprayed ice……

“Amazing location, great accommodations, clean pool, grocery store short walk away, quick Uber ride to Albuferia… but villa was hard to find via Uber. We used the resort next door after first day as our destination for Uber. Pick up for keys upon arrival seemed to be unclear if it was at office or at the villa, it was frustrating at the time and no immediate answer via phone. Once in it was all great! (Wish it came with extra garbage bags though!)”

“Walks around the property, swims in the pool and river Tâmega, barbecues in the evening, beautiful nearby towns and cities full of history, privacy, beautiful landscape, good highways , many facilities nearby.”

“Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Absolut entspannen kann man mit Blick aufs Meer. Natürlich braucht man hier ein Mietauto. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, es gibt sogar eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Auch ein Kamin ist da. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.”

“Great location. Walk to town with excellent restaurants and bars. House was clean and perfect for the 3 nights we were there, but home was a little tired and needed minor things to be fixed (ie: screen doors). Also, probably time time to replace mattresses.”

“Super schönes Haus. Tolle Umgebung und hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Mark der Manager ist sehr daran interessiert das alles reibungslos abläuft. 5 Sterne für Mark.Da kommt man gerne wieder.”

“This is a very beautiful villa. The garden and pool were spectacular and we all loved it. The inside needs a bit of refurbishment. Door knobs were falling off and the kitchen was fully equipped but the tap was broken. It did not have a single capsule of coffee or bottle of water. That would have been appreciated on our first morning after a late arrival. On top off all, the Master bedroom upstairs was poorly equipped with two very cheap noisy beds...😬😒😫, that made us choose a ground floor……
