“Cool and rustic. Good breakfast included and the room was unique and large. We liked that the location was close to the town of Obidos but away from the crowds during the holidays. Wish we could have enjoyed the pool and outdoors more but it was winter. Still, very different and the staff were all very kind and friendly. Alfonso particularly went out of his way to help us out a lot. ”

“We had a most delightful two day stay at the Casa do Santo. Our wonderful host, Maria was full of local and historical knowledge and made us feel very welcome. Many generations of her family have tended the winery upon which this beautiful boutique hotel is built. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with beautiful views of the vineyards.
