“From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond. We got there around 8am and check in wasn’t until about 3p.m and we were and the receptionist accommodated us to an early check in, that our room was ready. The hotel staff were very accommodating and outstanding! The food was delicious and housekeeping maintaining top standards. Location was convenient and perfect for exploring, and near all. “In a great location that was easy to walk to dining and shopping, we chose to park further away in a parking lot but there is underground parking if you are comfortable with the busy city streets. Only thing would make it more comfortable is a fan in the room for air flow. The staff was so friendly, we would return if we get the chance!”

“A beautiful hotel with top notch staff that strive to ensure one wants for nothing - or if you do want, just ask. Restaurants were great. The fantastic free breakfasts really adds to the value. A beautiful lobby and bar (with pooltable!). We didn’t take advantage of the spa but loved spending time in the mineral bath inside their pineapple greenhouse! Great location -close to Ponta Delgado but far enough away, and central to the island. Highly recommend (fyi having been there I would def not……
