“Loved everything about the 2 properties and private island! Convenient location, 5-10 min from the airport. Walkable, plenty of restaurants on and off the properties. Great service, great shopping, taxis on site, even a water taxi to get to the island! People and service are outstanding! You can choose various all inclusive packages- drinks only or breakfast only etc. Was not crowded. Beautiful beaches, lagoons, cabanas, umbrella huts and lounges everywhere. Flamingos and iguanas on private……

“Very accommodating/friendly staff and great location. Hotel is conveniently located near many of the best restaurants Ponta Delgada has to offer, and a block away from the ocean. Parking is not included, so you have to find street parking. There’s a good parking lot for the Mercado da Graça within a block of the hotel, which often had spots. I recommended this hotel! ”

“Nice room, great area and close by to city centre. We booked a standard room and got 2 twin beds, and when we requested a room with 1 bed they did not have any. Not a huge issue, but just something to consider when booking.”
