“A beautiful hotel with top notch staff that strive to ensure one wants for nothing - or if you do want, just ask. Restaurants were great. The fantastic free breakfasts really adds to the value. A beautiful lobby and bar (with pooltable!). We didn’t take advantage of the spa but loved spending time in the mineral bath inside their pineapple greenhouse! Great location -close to Ponta Delgado but far enough away, and central to the island. Highly recommend (fyi having been there I would def not……

“I visited this property for the first time in February 2025 it was beautiful really nice staff I go to Portugal a lot and stay at hotels but this was the best one I ever nice it’s only a four minute walk from the city highly recommended thank you s much I felt I was at home .”
