“From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond. We got there around 8am and check in wasn’t until about 3p.m and we were and the receptionist accommodated us to an early check in, that our room was ready. The hotel staff were very accommodating and outstanding! The food was delicious and housekeeping maintaining top standards. Location was convenient and perfect for exploring, and near all. “Los apartamentos están bien ubicados y son amplios. Pasan cada 2 días a cambiar toallas y poner papel higiénico. No limpian ni hacen las camas (tengo la duda de si pagando sí lo hacen). Dispone de parking propio. Si es verdad que le hace falta una renovación en general al mobiliario, porque se ve antiguo. Pero hace su función. Ojo que no hay enchufes en los lavabos. En el resto del apartamento si, pero en los lavabos no.”

“The pool and workout gym could have been open later than 8:00 pm. That would have been appreciated. The staff at the front desk and Pedro on bar were amazing. Spoke great English.”

“Beautiful hotel with every amenity. My room was beautiful and I had the walk out patio and living room with separate bedroom on the second floor. The view was beautiful. Breakfasts have delicious fresh fruit and juices. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and options were sufficient. Location can’t be beat in the middle of the island and a reasonable distance to any spot to visit. Easy to park and access. Many excellent restaurants nearby. Beats having to deal with the chaos and wait times in……
