For three weeks we stayed at properties throughout Portugal and this home was the only one that felt like we were guests in a real home. “We were thrilled with this property for a family of four. The views from the penthouse apartment were incredible. Lots of space, super clean and anything you could need was in the apartment. You need a rental car for this area but it was so peaceful and scenic. Incredible walking trails right outside the complex. We enjoyed the spa amenities and pool every night! “They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! ”

“We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. They provided a travel cot, a high chair as well as a baby bath, which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette has everything you need (though I wish the microwave door opened the other way as it's a bit awkward to get into).
