“A beautiful hotel with top notch staff that strive to ensure one wants for nothing - or if you do want, just ask. Restaurants were great. The fantastic free breakfasts really adds to the value. A beautiful lobby and bar (with pooltable!). We didn’t take advantage of the spa but loved spending time in the mineral bath inside their pineapple greenhouse! Great location -close to Ponta Delgado but far enough away, and central to the island. Highly recommend (fyi having been there I would def not……

“A good location at the top of the hill and has great indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Rooms are a good size and beds comfortable. Some of the decor is a little tired and the breakfast really is not worthy of a four star hotel.”

“Absolutely gorgeous property! Service and amenities (outdoor pool, sauna, indoor small warm pool) were simply perfect. The area is a bit tucked away so you’ll need a rental car - but on the other hand, spending a few days here just relaxing is great too! Views are amazing, beds are comfy, food is really good. Property has a calming, quiet, adult vibe. I would happily return! ”
