“Wir haben ein altes, typisches azorisches Landhaus erwartet und es auch bekommen. Die Ausstattung war entsprechend. Wer Luxus und Komfort erwartet, wird enttäuscht. Wer aber die typisch ländliche Atmosphäre in einem idyllisch gelegener Umgebung sucht, der fühlt sich hier wohl. Der das Haus umgebende Garten ist schon alleine ein Erlebnis. Die Aussicht auf den Atlantik und Ponta Delgada ist super, und wenn man dann noch einen Sonnenuntergang bei entsprechendem Wetter geniessen kann - perfekt.Vor……

“We enjoyed staying at this property for four nights in early April, 2025. Although our weather was chilly and at times rainy, this property had a warm cozy feel to it. It was ample room for just the two of us and we enjoyed using the woodstove nightly and an ample supply of firewood was available. Joana, the owner welcomed us with a nice gift of fruit, bread and jam. One issue with the washing machine, was quickly resolved by a simple call to her.A walking trail borders the back of the property……

“Nous avons séjourné en famille 5 jours au mois d’Aout 2023 dans la maison La Nouvelle. La vue sur l’océan est magnifique, une route passe juste en dessous mais n’est pas bruyante et ne se voit pas depuis la terrasse. Nous avons pu profiter du siège suspendu pour regarder l’océan en fin de journée. Le logement est globalement bien équipé. 2 salles de bains bien pratiques. Notre fille a dormi dans le salon sur le canapé lit. La maison est située à 10min du centre ville à pied et 5 min de la plage……
