“Good people good place ”

“My cousin & I chose this hotel as a base camp for hiking on Terceira because of its close location to Monte Brasil, the harbour & lots of restaurants. All the staff were very kind, thoughtful & helpful. We were checked in by Fluberto, who gave us good advice for our 1st hike & Lisandra connected us with an amazing taxi driver (Vasco) who was bilingual, and assisted us with our late check out request. We met Jeff, the owner & his lovely dog (Whiskey)- you can tell he has put a lot of thought……

“The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were very clean. The beds were also incredibly comfortable! If we ever venture back to Terceira, we will for sure be staying at The Shipyard!”

“Il posto è spettacolare, direzione molto disponibile ad ogni tipo di aiuto o consiglio. Capanna pulita e confortevole. Bagno pulito. Metterei un ripiano aggiuntivo in doccia per i saponi o gel. Cucina ben fornita. Molte ragnatele ma essendo in una foresta di banane è normale; credo basterebbe poco toglierne alcune tutti i giorni. Almeno in cucina. Comunque consigliatissimo per una vacanza spartana e dove trovare nuovi amici.”

“Maria is a sweetheart and ensured my stay was wonderful. The infinity salt water pool is a joy to swim in, grounds are lovely, property is classy and interior design exquisite.
